He joined ABN at inception in 2008 and has occupied several positions in the bank as Group Leader Credit, Branch Manager, Regional Manager/ Branch Coordinator, Head of Micro Credit, Head of Credit, Deputy Chief Business Officer, Chief Risk Officer and currently Chief Business Officer.
He has more than 16 years of Microfinance business experience and participated in several Credit/business workshops locally and internationally.
He holds Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Master in Business Administration. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker, also among the pioneer graduates of Access Campus Berlin and a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance obtained from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Musa is the Chief Financial Officer of AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and an MBA holder from Lagos Business School with over 20 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance.
Musa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science from University of Ibadan. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and an authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Musa’s experience spans across various industries: microfinance bank, merchant Bank, investment bank, asset management, manufacturing and construction.

Oluwole is a dynamic and innovative banking professional with extensive experience in spearheading digital transformation and innovation initiatives. He brings a wealth of expertise in translating visionary ideas into actionable strategies that drive organizational growth and enhance competitiveness.
Prior to this role, He served as the Head of Innovation where he demonstrated unwavering commitment to leveraging digital solutions to improve banking operations and customer experience. His leadership roles have also included Head of Project Management Office and Business Change Manager, where he consistently delivered impactful results through strategic project execution and change management.
A holder of a Bachelor's degree and an MBA, Oluwole is also a Certified Microfinance Professional, complemented by a suite of professional certifications including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Project Leadership, Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions (DT-MFIs), and Certified Six Sigma Professional. He has attended numerous professional training programs both locally and abroad, enhancing his skills and knowledge in cutting-edge banking innovations and management practices. He is an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Adedotun is a seasoned microfinance and credit risk management professional with over 15 years of experience driving portfolio growth, improving risk metrics, and building high-performing teams across Nigeria and Zambia.
He began his post-NYSC career in education, rising to Principal/Head of Operations at Queen Care International School. He transitioned into banking with Unique Microfinance Bank as Acting Head of Business Development before joining AB Microfinance Bank in 2010 as a trainee loan officer. Since then, his journey has been defined by consistent performance, leadership, and transformation across various roles and regions.
Upon returning to Nigeria, Adedotun held leadership roles in Lagos and Ibadan, consistently delivering exceptional portfolio quality. Notably, he turned around the Dugbe branch by reducing the PAR from 8.4% to 3.3% within seven months. In 2017, he pioneered the Bodija branch, growing its portfolio to ₦500 million and achieving ₦83 million in profit. His strategic leadership at the Dugbe branch also yielded ₦250 million in profit by 2022.
Adedotun holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, is a Certified Microfinance Banker (with distinction), and is an alumnus of the Access Holding Microfinance Leadership Program in Berlin, Germany.

A formidable professional and experienced Corporate Governance Practitioner, she has over fifteen years’ experience in legal practice, spanning various sectors, with banking and financial services being the most prominent. She began her career as a litigation counsel before joining AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria as a legal officer, and rose through the ranks to become Company Secretary, Head of Legal and Compliance in November 2019. In the last five years, she has anchored the Company Secretarial, Legal Operations and Advisory, as well as the Compliance functions and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
A member of several professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Lagos State University, Nigeria and a Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in May 2008 upon the certificate award of Barrister at Law (BL) and currently works as the Company Secretary, Head of Legal & Compliance, AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited.

Inalegwu is the Head of Internal Audit with more than 10 years of experience in audit, risk management, and corporate governance. He leads the Internal Audit Department for the bank, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and risk mitigation across the organization.
With extensive experience in audit and credit, including serving as the IT Audit Team Lead, where he was responsible for overseeing the IT audit reviews of all sister banks across Africa, including Nigeria, Liberia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Madagascar.
He finished from Benue State University with a B.Sc in Accounting.
